6 Myths About Fiber Every Senior Needs To Know
Top Doctor Reveals Little-Known “African Fruit” That Releases Stuck Stool And Helps Relieve Constipation
Dr. Chad Walding, DPT
NativePath Co-Founder
Dear friend,
Maybe you eat a bowl of high-fiber cereal every morning, snack on fibrous fruits or vegetables, and take a fiber supplement.
And you think you're getting more than enough fiber. Right?
Not necessarily.
It’s not just about getting “enough” – it’s about getting the right types.
Not all fiber is created equal, and research has found that 95% of us are not getting enough of the right kind of fiber.
And this is a big problem.
Countless studies show many health conditions are linked to a low fiber diet including constipation, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), appetite irregularity, weight gain, out-of-control blood sugar, and unhealthy cholesterol.
What’s worse…
You might be using a fiber supplement that contains the wrong type of fiber – causing blockages in your intestines and worsening constipation.
Fiber is a type of carbohydrate that bulks up your meals so you feel fuller faster, helping you control your weight, keep you regular and relieve constipation.
It not only helps keep your colon clear of stuck stool, but meeting your daily fiber needs is also mission critical for supporting healthy blood sugar and cholesterol levels.
Here are fiber myths you should stop believing, plus how to ensure you're getting just the right type and the right amount using my number one recommended fiber source.
MYTH #1 – There is only one type of fiber
Unfortunately, nutrition labels lump "dietary fiber" under one heading.
But, there are actually two different types of fiber:
Insoluble and soluble.
You need both, because they each have beneficial health effects and are important for gut health.
Insoluble fiber is roughage or dry fiber. It's the type people think of when they think of fiber. It bulks up your stool, moving things through your digestive tract to ease constipation. It's commonly found in bran, whole grains, seeds, and the skins of fruits and veggies.
Soluble fiber binds to water to form a gel in your digestive tract and slows down digestion, stabilizing your blood sugar to prevent spikes that leave you hungry.
It also gives your body more time to absorb nutrients and grabs cholesterol to lower your overall levels. Like insoluble fiber, it keeps things moving through your digestive tract to keep you regular. You can easily get more soluble fiber in your diet from bananas, beans, lentils, chia seeds, hemp, and flaxseed.
You need both types of fiber in order to reap the digestive benefits. Beyond digestion, having the right ratio of fiber types in your diet also helps support appetite regulation, weight loss, healthy blood sugar and cholesterol.

- Good for colon health
- Ease & prevents constipation
- Stay fuller longer
- Lowers blood cholesterol

MYTH #2 – Cereal is the best type of fiber
Oftentimes people think that whole grain or bran cereal is the only way to meet their fiber needs in a day, but this myth couldn’t be further from the truth.
Sure – the box may say “high-fiber”...
But what it doesn't say is that it is made up of sugar, high fructose corn syrup, and a bunch of other preservatives and chemicals to make it last on the shelf.
The reality is, most so-called “healthy” cereal brands are highly processed with junk ingredients that can have damaging health effects.
Rather than turn to high-fiber processed foods, opt for foods that are naturally high in fiber, like beans, lentils, chia seeds, flax seeds, and fibrous fruits and veggies.
Better yet, add a natural fiber supplement into your diet. I’ll explain more about the unique African fruit fiber I recommend my clients use later in this article.
MYTH #3 – All fruits and veggies are good fiber sources
Not exactly.
When it comes to fiber, not all fruits and veggies are created equal.
Watery produce like cucumbers and watermelon have very little fiber, while cruciferous veggies (kale, broccoli, cauliflower) and denser fruit (avocados, pears, apples) are great sources of fiber – as long as you eat the skin (except, of course, on avocados), which contains about half their fiber content.
Dried fruit should be consumed in limited quantities or avoided altogether. While some dried fruits are high fiber, they also tend to be packed with preservatives like sulfites and added sugar. You’ll have to be careful of your portion size, too, since you'll get more calories in fewer bites.
A good rule of thumb:
Look for dark-colored fruits and vegetables. In general, the darker the color of the produce, the higher the fiber content.
MYTH #4 – Fiber and prebiotics are the same thing
Prebiotics are a subset of fiber that feed the healthy bacteria living in your gut and make up your microbiome – but not all fiber is prebiotic.
There are a few different types of prebiotics, including:
- Pectin – found in apples
- Polyphenols – dark chocolate, baobab fruit
- Resistant starch – oats and lentils
- Inulin – artichokes, leeks, and onions
Do your gut an extra favor by choosing fermented foods like sauerkraut and kimchi that pack prebiotics as well as probiotics, a type of gut-beneficial bacteria.
MYTH #5 – You only need fiber to stay regular
I hear this one from my clients a lot.
They'll say they don't need to increase fiber because they're regular.
But, fiber isn't just about your digestive system.
A high-fiber diet includes loads of anti-inflammatory antioxidants, reducing your risk of chronic conditions including heart ailments and problematic blood pressure.
It’s also one of the most effortless ways to increase weight loss.
Because it keeps your appetite in check, it helps control your weight.
By suppressing your appetite, you are more likely to reduce your calorie intake, which can help you lose weight*.
Studies have also found that eating soluble fiber reduces the levels of hunger hormones produced by the body, including ghrelin*.
Others have shown that soluble fiber increases the production of hormones that make you feel full, such as cholecystokinin, GLP-1 and peptide YY*.
In fact…
Simply increasing your intake of the right type of fiber by 14 grams per day has been shown to decrease calorie intake by up to 10% and reduce body weight by an average of 4.2 pounds over a four-month period*.
Furthermore, getting a healthy dose of daily fiber lowers your risk of deadly colon conditions by keeping things moving in your digestive tract.
And the prebiotics in some types of fiber feed the good bacteria in your gut, which have been shown to boost your immune system and mental health.
MYTH #6 – You should always take supplements to ensure you're getting enough fiber
If you're looking to add fiber to your diet, a supplement may not always be the best place to start.
Studies show if you just add fiber supplements like powdered fiber to your day and your diet doesn't contain any fiber-rich whole foods, it doesn't have the same degree of protective effects on your overall health.
What's more, too much soluble fiber from supplements can bind to minerals including calcium, iron, magnesium, and zinc as well as some medications, so that they pass through your system without being absorbed.
Not good.
Instead, start with adding more high-fiber whole foods to your diet first.
Then, the next step is to use a prebiotic fiber supplement that contains both soluble and insoluble fiber.
Even better, if the supplement also contains polyphenols and antioxidants.
In order to maintain regularity, relieve constipation and boost overall digestive health you need both forms of fiber.
And if you want to take control of your regularity, and poop more often, keep reading to discover the little-known ancient “African fruit” that completely changed the way I approach dietary fiber...
…and how this breakthrough fiber discovery has led to 4 out 5 people reporting more regular bowel movements after the first few days of use…
Not to mention, it’s also helped folks…
- Poop more often (get rid of “stuck stool”)
- Lose weight (and keep it off)
- Put an end to cravings
- Effortlessly manage blood sugar levels
- Improve cardiovascular health
- And so much more…
URGENT: ADULTS OVER 50 MUST READYour “stuck stool” is trying to tell you something…
Not being able to pass stool can be frustrating.
And in serious cases, even debilitating.
You might have sharp cramping pain in your bowels.
Or an uncomfortable feeling of fullness or heaviness in the stomach and abdomen.
The trapped pockets of gas can cause serious bloating, and become compressed and surprisingly painful with each day that goes by without relief.
What's more, hardened stool that often accompanies constipation can cause painful pressure in your belly.
To ignore stuck stool is to dismiss an early warning sign of more serious problems that should definitely not be overlooked…
If you’re like most folks who struggle with bowel regularity, you’ve probably tried everything…
Taking laxatives…
Eating more fibrous foods…
Drinking more water…
Avoiding certain foods in fear that they may cause another digestive nightmare…
Taking fiber supplements, like Benefiber or Metamucil…
Or in serious cases, even enemas…
With little to no lasting results…
“Although occasional constipation is very common, some people may experience chronic levels of stuck stool that largely interferes with their daily tasks. Chronic stuck stool may also cause excessive straining and pain to have a bowel movement... More importantly, if it is overlooked and left untreated, it can eventually lead to serious complications such as hemorrhoids and anal fissure (torn skin in the anus).”
Your stuck stool is trying to tell you that you need more fiber in your diet.
Dietary fiber increases the weight and size of your stool and softens it. A bulky stool is easier to pass, decreasing your chance of constipation.
Trouble is…
Over 95% of Americans don’t get enough fiber, yet fiber is the foundation for human health – even beyond its digestive benefits.
This is where adding more fiber into your diet becomes increasingly more important.
But, like I mentioned earlier…
Not all fiber supplements are created equally.
Fortunately, there’s a little known ancient form of fiber that’s revolutionizing digestive health.
According to breakthrough new research…
95 % Fiber Deficient

This ancient “African fruit” has been shown to possess powerful constipation-relieving results in folks with stuck stool…
It’s called baobab.
Baobab powder forms from the fruit of the baobab tree, which has been revered throughout Africa as “the Tree of Life” for centuries.
Baobabs trees are resilient and magnificent, living for up to 3,000 years, surviving in some of the world's harshest climates by storing water in their trunks during the rainy season and concentrating essential nutrients for longevity in their leaves, bark, fruit and seeds.
It’s no surprise that they’re called “the Tree of Life”.
But the most miraculous part about this tree is the fruit it bears.
Baobab trees produce fruit pods that contain an incredibly nutrient dense powder and seeds.
Baobab powder dries in the pod and requires minimal processing. It’s the only fruit in the world that naturally dries on the branch — a process takes about 6 months.
Once the pulp is separated from the seeds it is milled and sieved.
Not only is baobab powder packed with nutrients, it’s also one of the most naturally fiber-rich foods on Earth.
Baobab powder is considered a raw fiber source, and is as pure as it gets.
It doesn’t undergo massive processing like most fiber supplements do, or have any added ingredients.
Baobab powder has a mild tangy flavor and is packed with vitamins and minerals.
It's particularly rich in vitamin C, B vitamins, potassium, magnesium, iron, calcium and of course fiber.
As far as nutrition goes, baobab fruit packs a big punch when it comes to essential nutrients:
- Vitamin C (7-10 times more than oranges)
- Fiber (30 times more than lettuce)
- Magnesium (5 times more than avocados)
- Potassium (6 times more than bananas)
- Calcium (2 times more than cow’s milk)
Not only i baobab powder packed with nutrients, it’s also one of the most naturally fiber-rich foods on Earth.
Why are experts calling baobab the new “super-fiber”?
The baobab fruit is 50% fiber, of which 75% is water-soluble prebiotic dietary fiber.
Per 100 grams, baobab actually has more soluble fiber than psyllium.
It can increase the good bacteria, help you to feel satiated quicker and for longer, slowing the intake of sugar to the blood and therefore regulating blood sugar levels.
We need somewhere around 25-38 grams of fiber a day but studies show that we are falling short on that effort.
Trying to get the recommended dose of fiber through natural foods is tough in that we would have to eat a lot of those foods to reap the benefits.
Which is exactly where the baobab fruit can help.
Baobab not only contains both forms of fiber… But it’s also rich in antioxidants — more than blueberries, goji berries, pomegranate, and acai — as well as polyphenols!
Because baobab adds more than just fiber to your diet, its benefits go far beyond digestive health.
✔ Optimizes digestion
Baobab is a completely natural wholefood composed of 50% dietary fiber, 75% of which is soluble prebiotic dietary fiber, which makes it a highly efficient and effective way to add prebiotic fiber to your diet.
This fact has been well known in Africa for centuries and is now also confirmed by recent scientific studies.
As research mentions, both types of fiber, soluble and insoluble, are found in baobab*.
These two types of dietary fiber contribute to a healthy and flourishing digestive system.
Specifically, this fiber is known to optimize the digestion process and reduce inflammation in the gut.
✔ Helps prevent constipation and support regularity
Baobab contains insoluble fiber, which doesn't dissolve in water.
Insoluble fiber helps prevent constipation by increasing gut motility and bulking up the stool.
✔ Help ease irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
The dietary fiber in baobab can also ease symptoms of IBS, which can often be relieved by consuming high levels of soluble fiber. Fiber reduces symptoms of IBS by triggering regular bowel movements.
The high fiber content of baobab fruit powder can also improve your gut microbiome. Fiber acts as a prebiotic by passing through your colon undigested, where it becomes food for the good bacteria in your gut.
The polyphenol-rich baobab extract can also enhance your gut health. Dietary polyphenols act like prebiotics by promoting the growth of good bacteria in your gut.
✔ Fights bloating
The fiber in baobab also acts as a prebiotic, aka "food" for good bacteria in the gut. This stimulates the growth of friendly bacteria, helping prevent gut dysbiosis, an imbalanced gut microbiome. This is key because gut dysbiosis can trigger symptoms of gastrointestinal distress, bloating, including diarrhea, cramps, and abdominal pain.
✔ Increases fullness
A 2017 study found that baobab can boost satiety (fullness) thanks to its high fiber content.
Here's why: fiber reduces hunger by absorbing water in the gastrointestinal tract, which increases the volume of food matter in your stomach.
It also takes longer to pass through the gastrointestinal tract, which helps you feel full for a long time. Not only can this help control hunger on busy days, but it can aid healthy weight loss and management, too.
✔ May promote weight loss
The baobab fruit might be the newest weight-loss secret. Below are some ways baobab fruit nutrients that can help you lose weight faster:
- Polyphenols: Baobab fruit is rich in natural polyphenols, which contain anti-obesity properties. Polyphenols increase satiety.
- Fiber: Baobab’s high fiber content can keep you full longer, and prevent you from overeating. It promotes overall fat loss by suppressing appetite.
- Magnesium: Consuming adequate dietary magnesium can decrease insulin resistance and promote weight loss.
- B Vitamins: Baobab is rich in several B vitamins, including folate, niacin, riboflavin, vitamin B6. These B vitamins can help you reduce weight by increasing your metabolism.
Polyphenols and fiber ensure that you eat less overall, which makes losing weight much easier.
One small study in 20 people showed that drinking a smoothie with 15 grams of baobab powder significantly reduced feelings of hunger compared to a placebo drink, allowing for easier weight loss*.
✔ Helps to balance blood sugar
Thanks to all that fiber, baobab can also lend a hand in managing blood sugar. Since fiber moves slowly through the gastrointestinal tract, it also slows down the absorption of carbohydrates from the rest of your meal.
This may help stabilize your blood sugar and prevent those dreaded post-meal energy crashes.
In fact, one study found that baking baobab extract into white bread reduced the amount of rapidly-digested starch and slowed down the increase of blood sugar levels in the body*.
In the long term, the regulating effects of fiber can help you avoid the complications of frequent blood sugar spikes, including metabolic issues such as problematic blood sugar, heart conditions, fatty liver, and blood pressure issues.
✔ It supports the immune system
As a fruit high in vitamin C, baobab may help keep your immune system in check. And while experts haven't specifically studied the link between baobab and immunity, there's ample evidence to back up the role of vitamin C in immune function.
The nutrient enhances the proliferation (i.e., multiplication) of lymphocytes or white blood cells that make antibodies and destroy harmful cells, according to findings published in the journal Nutrients.
Vitamin C also helps synthesize collagen, which is key for proper wound healing.
Plus, as mentioned earlier, it has antioxidant properties; this protects healthy cells from damage due to oxidative stress which can lead to chronic conditions.
Because humans do not produce vitamin C in the body, we have to get it through food. Oranges have always been a go-to source for vitamin C. However, the pulp of baobab fruit contains as much as 10 times more vitamin C than oranges.
✔ Increases bone strength
Who needs milk when you have baobab?
Very rich in calcium and magnesium, the baobab fruit is composed of minerals essential for bone health.
For this reason, adding a little baobab powder to your diet is never a bad idea in order to keep your bones strong and durable for years to come.
✔ Promotes healthy skin
The high vitamin C and antioxidant content in baobab is beneficial for your skin and hair.
When it comes to your skin, vitamin C protects against UV damage caused by free radicals. It also regulates the synthesis of collagen, a structural protein that keeps skin firm and prevents wrinkles.
✔ Facilitates the absorption of iron
Last but not least: baobab fruit and powder can play a crucial role in your absorption of a very important mineral: iron.
As mentioned previously, the baobab fruit is a rich natural source of vitamin C; where it is easily accessible to the body and is better absorbed than from artificial supplements. That said, a (perhaps) surprising fact is that vitamin C is needed to help the body absorb iron. So, combining vitamin C from baobab with an iron-dense food is a great idea to make sure you assimilate the iron in your food.
At this point it’s easy to see just how important dietary fiber is for maintaining healthy digestion, relieving constipation and bloating…
Not to mention, promoting metabolic health, weight loss, blood sugar regularity and so much more…
Especially a nutrient-packed fiber source like baobab powder.
Nonetheless, studies show that only 5% of people in the US meet the daily fiber intake target.
The Institute of Medicine's recommended daily target of 25 grams for women and 38 grams for men.
That amounts to a population-wide deficiency — what nutritionists call the “fiber gap.”
But you can address this easily by adding the right fiber supplement into your diet.
When it comes to adding a fiber supplement to your diet, you want to make sure:
- It contains both forms of fiber: soluble and insoluble fiber.
- It also packs a ton of nutrients to provide extra support for digestion, regularity, metabolic health and immune health.
- It isn’t overly processed and does not contain any added preservatives or dyes.
Bottom line: Getting the most bang for your buck with fiber supplementation should be looked at as a 2-step process.
First, you need soluble fiber.
- Feeding healthy gut bacteria: Some soluble fiber-rich foods feed gut bacteria, as it is fermentable in the colon, and so it helps the bacteria thrive longer.
- Lowering fat absorption and helping weight management: As a thick, spread-out gel, soluble fiber blocks fats that would otherwise be digested and absorbed.
- Lowering cholesterol: Soluble fiber prevents some dietary cholesterol from being broken down and digested. Over time, soluble fiber can help lower cholesterol levels or the amount of free cholesterol in the blood.
- Stabilizing blood sugar (glucose) levels: Just as it prevents fats from being absorbed, soluble fiber slows down the digestion rate of other nutrients, including carbohydrates. This means meals containing soluble fiber are less likely to cause sharp spikes in blood sugar levels and may prevent them.
- Reducing the risk of cardiovascular events: By reducing cholesterol levels, stabilizing blood sugars, and decreasing fat absorption, regularly eating soluble fiber may reduce the risk of heart disease and circulatory conditions.
Then, you need insoluble fiber.
- Preventing constipation: As an indigestible material, insoluble fiber sits in the gastrointestinal tract, absorbing fluid and sticking to other byproducts of digestion that are ready to be formed into the stool. Its presence speeds up the movement and processing of waste, helping prevent gastrointestinal blockage and constipation or reduced bowel movements.
- Feeling satiated and fuller after meals: Insoluble fiber physically fills up space in the stomach and intestines, furthering the sensation of being full. These properties can help people manage their weight.
Finally, you also want to choose a fiber source that’s minimally processed and rich in vitamins and minerals.
That’s exactly why baobab powder is considered the most powerful fiber available on the market…
It packs a potent 1-2 punch against constipation, stuck stool and digestive discomfort…
Plus, it adds even more health benefits with its rich vitamin, mineral and antioxidant content.
Baobab powder is so much more than your average fiber powder.
This double-action fiber breakthrough has already helped thousands of adults get regular, improve their digestive and metabolic health… practically after their first dose!

Our baobab powder delivers both forms of fiber you need for on-going digestive benefits – plus, baobab naturally adds a potent supply of antioxidants, Vitamin C, Magnesium, and Potassium.
There’s no other fiber source quite like baobab.
When I learned about this miraculous African fruit, it became clear to me that all other fiber supplements were grossly inferior.
You see, in order for your body to actually experience the benefits of fiber supplementation, you need both forms of fiber in the proper ratios:
1.) You need soluble fiber. This type dissolves in water into a gel-like consistency within your gut and slows down digestion. It helps regulate blood sugar and cholesterol and helps feed friendly gut bacteria.
2.) You need insoluble fiber. This type does not dissolve in water. It helps food move through your digestive system, adds bulk to stool, promotes regularity and helps relieve constipation.
Trouble is, not all fiber supplements contain the right amount of both types.
Ultimately, you end up with more digestive stress – (and wasting money).
But that just wasn’t good enough… You deserve something even MORE incredible…
Which is why you’ll be thrilled to know that we supercharged our double-action baobab powder fiber formula with yet another marvelous gut-boosting ingredient:
L-glutamine.
L-glutamine is an amino acid that benefits your overall health by supporting gut function and digestive processes.
According to a 2021 study, L-glutamine was proven to directly support gut health in three key ways:
1.) It has a positive impact on the gut microbiome.
The bacteria and other microorganisms in your gut are known as your gut microbiome. The bacteria help to break down food, turning it into nutrients your body can use. L-glutamine helps bring balance to your microbiome to ensure your digestion, metabolism, and immune functions are firing on all cylinders.
2.) It increases the integrity of the intestinal lining.
L-glutamine increases a special type of protein that makes up the lining of your intestinal tract. These are called “tight junction proteins” and as we age, these proteins decrease. This can impair your intestinal barrier and let toxins into your bloodstream.
However, by increasing your tight junction protein, L-glutamine keeps your intestinal lining intact which can help prevent a toxic, leaky gut.
3.) It helps to minimize the inflammatory response in the gut.
Helping to regulate inflammation in the gut not only promotes better digestion, but it also helps soothe inflammatory conditions in the gut.
For these reasons, L-glutamine can be especially beneficial if you have a digestive condition, such as:
- Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
- An inflammatory bowel condition like Crohn’s
- Ulcerative colitis
- Diverticulosis
- Diverticulitis
- Leaky gut or any of the issues associated with leaky gut (like joint pain, rosacea or any type of autoimmune response)
Aside from helping to maintain healthy gut microbiota and immunity…
Additional research shows it’s helpful for reducing intestinal colonization and bacterial overgrowth of pathogens.
This may reduce the risk for widespread issues ranging from constipation to weight gain.
With Native Fiber Baobab Powder, you’ll start to forget all about those pesky digestion problems…
Picture this…
Long gone are the days spent wrestling with digestive issues that made each passing day a challenge…

There's just one downside...
The meticulous process of sourcing raw baobab fruit from Africa can add weeks (sometimes months) onto our manufacturing operations.
But, that’s not the only thing affecting the supply chain… Labor shortages and equipment availability are also causing a ripple effect of global bottlenecks.
Which means it can take a very long time to produce even a single jar of Native Fiber Baobab Powder…
As a result, shortages may come as a consequence.
On top of that…
We have hundreds of customers who are already asking to place large pre-orders…
Of course, this is a good problem to have, but…
The expected increases in order volume will likely put an even BIGGER strain on production.
As a result, it’s very possible that we won’t be able to make this offer to all of our valued NativePath customers due to stock restrictions…
Lucky for you, we set aside a private supply with your name on it.
Since we know how much you care about your wellbeing, you are getting priority access to our new Native Fiber Baobab Powder.

Which it probably will with the way inflation is going.
We’ll even pick up the shipping cost.
That’s right… You get FREE shipping on today’s order.
Of course, you have a full 365 days to try Native Fiber and if you are not completely satisfied you can reach out to our friendly team for assistance.
Zero risk, zero hassle – complete convenience. That’s how we do business.
This is incredible news since myself along with many experts believe the fiber found only on the baobab fruit to be mission-critical for supporting digestion, metabolic and immune health as you age.
So, how much fiber do you need to take in order to reap its benefits?
Based on research, consuming anywhere between 25-38g of fiber a day can provide the digestive support many individuals seek.
And while it’s recommended you get the bulk of your daily fiber intake from whole food sources, it can be challenging to eat enough of these foods to meet your needs.
That’s where supplementing with baobab powder can be incredibly helpful.
Therefore, our recommended serving is 1 to 2 heaping servings every day, morning or night (or both). Depending on your needs, you may even take 3 servings a day; one with each meal.
Some studies show that many benefits, such as improvements in regularity, digestive health, metabolism and colon health may be experienced within the first few days.
That said, the benefits of fiber are only fully realized if you meet your daily needs every day.
Thus, many of my patients find the most success with long-term daily use of Native Fiber Baobab Powder daily to help ensure that one’s digestive health is maintained for good.
So it makes sense why so many folks want to buy large amounts of baobab powder at a time...
The benefits of baobabs fiber content are only truly realized when it’s taken day-after-day and month-after-month.
Simply put, baobab powder is no “miracle supplement”...
Fiber supplements like baobab only work if you…
- Take it on a consistent daily basis. Simply take one serving up to 3 times daily at mealtimes.
- Take the right amount for the results you want. By taking at least one serving every day, you’re giving your digestive system the fiber boost it needs to promote regularity, relieve constipation, and so much more.
- Take it for the proper amount of time. Clinical studies show that as you consistently meet your daily fiber intake needs, the greater your digestive, metabolic and immune health will be.
In other words, adding a little bit of fiber into your diet here and there isn’t going to cut it.
Consistency is key.
You need to make sure you’re getting enough fiber into your diet every single day.
Which is why I recommend my clients to:

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What makes Native Fiber different from others?
Unlike other commercial fiber supplements, Native Fiber sources raw baobab fruit from the “Tree of Life” found only in Africa.
Baobab naturally contains the ideal ratio of both fiber types, soluble and insoluble, delivering the perfectly balanced fiber support you need to promote regularity, relieve constipation and boost digestive health. Plus, manage healthy blood sugar, cholesterol and appetite regulation.
It doesn’t undergo massive processing like most fiber supplements do, or have any added ingredients.
Aside from being rich in fiber, the baobab fruit also packs essential nutrients:
- Vitamin C (7-10 times more than oranges)
- Fiber (30 times more than lettuce)
- Magnesium (5 times more than avocados)
- Potassium (6 times more than bananas)
- Calcium (2 times more than cow’s milk)
Furthermore, we also added the amino acid L-Glutamine to our Native Fiber formula to support gut biome, enforce intestinal health and protect against leaky gut and other inflammatory digestive conditions.
As you can tell, Native Fiber offers so much more than your average fiber supplement.
Q: How much should I order?
Our most popular quantity is our 6 jar package which you will get at an unbeatable price of just $26 per jar.
Plus, with a 6 jar supply, you will have more than enough Native Fiber to use daily without worrying about running out.
Q: What does Native Fiber taste like?
Native Fiber has a natural orange citrus flavor. Some people say it tastes like an orange popsicle or orange sherbert.
Q: How does it work?
As a pure form of fiber, the baobab content found in Native Fiber provides incredible benefits to your digestive health.
As a refresher, there are two types of fiber that our body needs: soluble and insoluble – and baobab contains both. Soluble fiber dissolves in the water found in your digestive system and can help to reduce the level of cholesterol in your blood.
Insoluble fiber doesn’t dissolve, it passes through your gut and enables other foods to move through your digestive system easily. It also helps to keep your bowels healthy and prevents digestive problems like constipation.
Together, both types of fiber work to support appetite control, cholesterol health, digestive health, and healthy blood sugar levels.
Q: How many servings are in each jar?
Each jar of Native Fiber contains 30 servings.
Q: What is the best way to use this product?
Take one serving 1-3 times daily at mealtimes or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
Q: How long do I have to use this product before I see results?
Many folks notice results in their digestive health and regularity as early as their first few uses.
But, in order to continue to experience optimal digestive health – as well as healthy blood sugar, cholesterol and appetite regulation – it is mission critical that you’re getting the proper amount of dietary fiber in your diet each day.
For this reason, it’s smart to stock up on a larger supply of Native Fiber so you can experience the full long-term benefits without the risk of running out.
Q: How soon can I expect to receive my order?
You can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days.
Q: Is it really safe to order this product from this online website?
Yes. Our website is protected by Trust-Guard, an online PCI Compliant Security Scanner software that prohibits security holes from compromising your shopping experience. The Security-Scanned seal is intended to inform shoppers that our business is certified and trusted as safe, responsible, and totally awesome.
Q: What if this product doesn’t work for me?
Many folks begin to see and feel a difference shortly after their first few uses.
However, we want to make sure there’s absolutely no risk involved when it comes to investing in any of our NativePath products.
That’s why you can try Native Fiber for a full 365 days and if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, simply contact our Customer Care team to begin the return process. Q: Can I get this product on Amazon?
